Its the #SHRM12 #notatSHRM Carnival of HR - Workology
Its the #SHRM12 #notatSHRM Carnival of HR - Workology Its the #SHRM12 #notatSHRM Carnival of HR While you are packing your picnic baskets and shopping for sparklers, Im slaving away on Americas Independence Day putting the latest edition of the Carnival of HR. Its not as bad as it sounds as Im serving up this Carnival of HR near the sandy beaches of San Diego where me and my family are hunkered down after an especially fun, action-packed, and exhausted SHRM 2012 Annual Conference. Im especially proud of SHRM this year. They entertained 85 HR bloggers from June 24-27 with many of them also doing double duty serving in the Hive helping to educate conference attendees on the wonders of blogging, technology, and social media. The carnival is divided into two categories: those who attended or wrote about #SHRM12 and those who chose not to. I affectionately refer to those folks as #notatshrm. This is a popular hashtag on Twitter as well for those HR bloggers and social media folks who couldnt make it to the SHRM Conference this year.
